Meet Nicole
Owner / Operator & TC Coach
Originally from Knoxville, TN, Nicole graduated MTSU with a degree in audio production. She then moved to Nashville where she spent the next few years working in location and post production audio for film and TV. An entrepreneur at heart, Nicole got into real estate after realizing her attention to detail and management skills were well suited to a career path that escaped the hectic lifestyle of the entertainment industry.
After five years of real estate administrative experience and hundreds of contracts closed, Nicole launched Dotted & Crossed in 2018. In addition to running the day to day operations, Nicole also serves the greater TC community as a business coach through Cultivate Wins.
Nicole & her husband, Jason, and daughter, Lily, live in a Gatlinburg-style cabin on 6 wooded acres, with a raccoon family and herds of deer for neighbors. When she’s not building the business or supporting the team, you’ll most likely find her with her family outside hiking, backpacking off grid, or on a wall at the local climbing gym.
